What the tool does

Collects your item description, condition, testing status, known issues and included accessories.
Keeps packing plans and your selling/photo-rights confirmation in the record.
Generates a completeness report and downloads it as a Markdown text file.

It reviews supplied fields. It does not inspect the item or photographs, authenticate goods, approve marketplace listings, post listings or guarantee sales.

What you receive

The Windows v2 software ZIP with local browser application files.
Opening instructions, a use guide, completeness checklist and listing-review templates.
Manual email delivery within one business day after verified payment.

Extract the whole ZIP and open index.html in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome on Windows desktop. No .exe installer, subscription, paid API or marketplace account connection is included.

Save exports before closing or refreshing; unsaved inputs are lost.

PRODUCT AND PRICE

Listing Review & Condition Notes software: $19 USD, one-time, plus applicable

tax stated on the invoice. This is a local browser tool supplied in a ZIP

with a use guide, completeness checklist and listing-review intake template.

It structures the facts you enter and identifies missing documentation.

It is separate from the $49 human Listing Documentation Review service.



MANUAL EMAIL DELIVERY

We email the ZIP to the confirmed order email within one business day after

payment is verified. Delivery is manual, not instant or automatic. Business

days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays; times use

Eastern Time. The delivery method and deadline appear before payment.

with your order reference. Do not send passwords or private customer records.



REQUIREMENTS AND USE

Supported platform for this release: Windows desktop.

Extract the entire ZIP into a new folder on Windows, keep its application

files together and open index.html in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome on Windows desktop.

No .exe installer, paid API, subscription or marketplace account connection

is included. Save exported records before closing or refreshing the page;

unsaved inputs are lost. Browser settings affect where downloads are saved.

The tool reviews entered fields, not the physical item or your photographs.

Verify item facts, testing, condition, rights and output before publishing.

No listing posting, human review, authentication, shipping certification,

ranking/sales guarantee or automatic update service is included.



LICENSE

For the purchaser's household/internal business preparation. Do not resell,

redistribute or host the application/package as a public service. Offline

source is not DRM-protected. These terms do not grant rights to third-party

data, photographs or brands you enter into the tool.



SUPPORT

Email contact@rosscoreit.com for help downloading, opening or using the

documented fields. Target initial response: within two business days.

This is a response target, not a promise to resolve every issue within that

time. No listing preparation service, remote PC support or new feature work

is included in the $19 purchase. No guaranteed future updates are included.



DELIVERY PROBLEMS AND REFUNDS

Report a defective, missing or materially misdescribed delivery within

14 calendar days of purchase. We will work to supply the correct working

copy or provide an appropriate refund if the reported problem is not

resolved. Other refund requests are reviewed individually. This policy

does not limit any rights that applicable law gives the customer.

No automatic no-refund rule or waiver is created by downloading the ZIP.
