What you receive
- Missing-fact questions covering testing, condition, included parts and key item details.
- Condition/accessory consistency notes across your supplied brief and images.
- Up to three factual title drafts when the supplied evidence is sufficient.
- One consolidated factual correction within seven calendar days after delivery.
You review and publish your own listings. We do not access your account or change live listings.
What to supply
Up to three public listing links or sanitized item briefs, authorized item photos, known testing/condition and what is included. Tell us the issue you want checked and any deadline. We confirm the scope and delivery date before booking.
No passwords, buyer details, payment information or unrelated private records. Unknown model, condition or included parts remain questions—not invented selling claims.
A documentation review,
with a defined scope.
No photography, posting, authentication opinion, repair/testing of the item, legal or shipping certification, inventory valuation or guaranteed ranking/sales result is included. This is not an eBay account suspension or appeals service.
The $49 service is separate from the consignment pilot. You keep the goods and handle your own listings, sales, shipping and buyer issues. A consignment suitability inquiry remains a separate process; no paid review is required merely to ask about consignment.
