THE PROCESS

Items stay yours until they sell. Every accepted item has a receipt, a price approval, and a place in our records.
Receive & prepare
Transfer accepted goods by appointment. We record condition, contents, and custody before preparing the listing.
List & fulfill
We handle the listing, buyer messages, packing, shipping, and seller-side returns. Prices follow your written approval.
Reconcile & pay
You receive an itemized statement and your eligible balance after the agreed holding period and claim checks.
THE PILOT OFFER

No guessing.
Our proposed commission is 40% of net sale proceeds, with a $20 minimum per sold listing or approved lot, capped at positive net proceeds.
Net proceeds exclude sales tax and subtract buyer refunds and agreed actual selling costs, after posted credits. The remainder belongs to you.

Items we can confidently describe and ship
Easy-to-ship collectibles and suitable small goods are a sensible starting point. Inexpensive items may work better as an owner-approved lot.
A review comes before a promise
Condition, completeness, demand, shipping burden, and handling time affect whether an item is suitable. We may decline goods we cannot identify or handle responsibly.
Repairs, authentication, pickup, and unusual storage needs are outside the pilot scope.
BEFORE YOU START
A few useful answers.
When do I receive my money?
The draft holding policy starts at the later of 45 days after confirmed buyer delivery or the end of the published return period. Funds must be available with no open claim. Eligible balances are paid within seven business days. Later adjustments are handled under the agreement.
What if my item does not sell?
The draft initial selling period is 60 calendar days from listing. We agree on an extension or collection. Unsold items do not automatically become our property.
Can I approve the price?
Yes. Starting price, minimum acceptable item price, grouping, shipping approach, and expense limits are documented before listing. An offer below your approved floor needs new approval.
Do I keep ownership of the goods?
Yes, pending sale under the signed agreement. We receive accepted items before listing and provide a custody receipt.
Are sales guaranteed?
No. A prepared listing does not guarantee a buyer, a sale date, a market value, or a particular payout.
